Chick-fil-A is really focused on the family during this back to school season.  Available at Atlanta restaurants for a limited time, Chick-fil-A is now serving its new Mealtime Kits.  The available meals started on August 27, 2018 and will rotate each month from now until November.

These meals are designed with new chef inspired flavors while providing an easy cooking experience.  Each provides a unique twist on the classic Chick-fil-A chicken while adding a familiar but different take on a classic dish.  Chick-fil-A wants to assist customers in delivering the same experience to the people they love and feed inside the home.

The meal kits include all of the ingredients that you need to make a delicious home cooked meal with the chicken that you love form Chick-fil-A.  Chick-fil-A Chef Stuart Tracy states,

“It has all the elements that you would expect from a great restaurant-but the difference is that you’re cooking it right at home, and it’s easy.”

Each Mealtime kit serves two people, so if you are serving a crowd, you may need to grab more than one.

So this is how it works:

  1. Visit a local Chick-fil-A restaurant to purchase one of the meal kits.  You can order it through the drive-thru or at the counter.
  2. Follow the recipe card with simple steps to prepare the meal in 30 minutes.
  3. Serve the meal to your family and enjoy.

The five Mealtime Kits include the following:

  • Chicken Parmesan:  This is prepared differently than your traditional Chicken Parmesan.  Customers cover the chicken breast in Greek yogurt instead of Italian dressing.  From there it is pressed into a mixture of baked parmesan cheese and Panko bread crumbs.  It is served alongside a creamy garlic lemon pasts with vegetables.  Available from August 27 through September 22.
  • Chicken Enchiladas:  This meal makes it easy for the entire family to get involved in the meal preparation.  According to the Innovation Program Lead at Chick-fil-A, the Chicken Enchiladas are the most fun to prepare.  The tortillas are a 50-50 split of corn and flour, the beans are seasoned in classic Mexican flavors and the chicken has just the right amount of kick after being sautéed with the onions and peppers provided in the kit.  The meal is topped with the perfect touch of Chick-fil-A’s Creamy Salsa dressing.  Available August 27 through September 22.
  • Chicken Flatbread:  This meal is one of Chick-fil-A’s more unique concepts.  Ingredients include a shredded pimento cheese blend, smoky bacon crumbles, a spicy pepper relish and Chick-fil-A Ranch Dressing as an optional final topping.  Available beginning September 24 until October 20.
  • Crispy Dijon Chicken:  This Mealtime Kit pays homage to Chick-fil-A’s southern roots.  This kit includes a seasoned crisp chicken breast with homemade smoked Gouda macaroni & cheese and sautéed green beans.  Chick fil-A Chef Stuart Tracy stated, “But we dreamed up a way to make the mac & cheese more elegant and easy for anyone to prepare in their own kitchen.”  Available from October 22 through November 17.
  • Pan Roasted Chicken:  The Pan-Roasted Chicken recipe contains no dairy or gluten.  This meal is anchored by a fresh kale and broccolini salad.  The kit includes dried cherries and a roasted nut blend, which can be used as salad toppings.  According to Chick-fil-A’s Innovation Program Lead, “This kit is very clean and simple, but don’t let that fool you.”

Providing a menu of choice and taking care of guests has always been a priority at Chick-fil-A.  Chick-fil-A’s Mealtime Kits continue to support that priority.
