Flora, Fauna & Flight is entering its last full month at Fernbank! This outdoor exhibit, which can be found in WildWoods until, Sunday, August 27th will teach you how plants and animals like dandelions, cattails, dragonflies and flying fish take flight in the natural world. Through beautiful sculptures and artwork, this outdoor exhibit is one you don't want to miss.

A variety of colorful and photo-inspiring sculptures of birds, bees, dragonflies, butterflies, dandelions, cattails, flying fish, bats, and more highlight the native flora and fauna of our region while showcasing their ability to fly or glide. Along the way, you’ll learn about the properties of flight, how plants and animals have evolved to fly, how their physical traits support the ability to soar through the air, and more.
