My chosen winner for ATL TACO WEEK hands down is the Mazcalitos Grant Park location. ATL TACO WEEK gives each participating location an opportunity to show off the tastiest Taco plate they can offer, yes I have chosen. If I simply love you had the chance to participate remember to vote here. The Grant Park location has awesome service and great-quality food. The Poblano soup is the BEST I have ever had and trust me I have had some good ones, especially in Austin, TX. From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out, you feel very welcome as if it is family time and I value family time. With my one set of grandparents having ten children and the other set of grandparents having six children, I am experienced in family mealtime.
Mezcalito's Cocina & Tequila Bar brings an original twist of Mexican dishes to Grant Park and it is so good. Originally based recipes from Acapulco are nothing of the ordinary and the food and drinks are carefully prepared daily, bringing you the freshest dishes in town and I may even say the state. I was so impressed with the tastiness of everything I tried. They are definitely no cookie-cutter restaurant. The kids' menu consists of quesadillas and they have several specials to choose from. Then there is a pretty cool brunch menu to select from on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with Classic Catina Brunch offerings. All in all, this is one of my favorite spots.
